After early access

Standard

The same product and features.

$30 / user / month

Standard pricing begins when early access closes. Founding members keep the original $9 rate rather than moving to the standard price.

Early-access signups get the lower lifetime rate.

Predictable team cost

Pay for the people who use the workspace.

The founding price is per user each month. There is no separate feature tier on this page, so a solo agent and a small team use the same product capabilities. Add the number of users to calculate the monthly subscription.

Subscription price is only one part of CRM cost. Budget time to clean and map the current client book, agree on fields and stage meanings, train each user on the daily view, and review incomplete records during the first weeks. Also list the systems GridCRM will not replace—such as an MLS, transaction documents, a dialer, or specialist marketing tools—so their costs stay visible instead of disappearing from the comparison.

Workspace sizeFounding monthly costStandard monthly cost
1 user$9$30
3 users$27$90
5 users$45$150
10 users$90$300

Use the 14 days as a real operating test.

A trial is useful when it includes representative work, not only a tour. Import a small copy of your actual spreadsheet, review the mapping, create the views you would open in the morning, update a client from a phone, and connect at least one client, listing, and showing. You do not need a credit card to start.

Before subscribing, confirm that agents can recover the context behind a relationship, see the next action, and maintain the system during an interrupted workday. Export the test data too. A low monthly price does not help if the workflow creates another shadow spreadsheet.

Use the seven-day evaluation plan

A practical trial checklist

  • Import 25–50 varied client and listing records
  • Check households, contacts, notes, stages, and custom fields
  • Create a due-work view for one agent
  • Test manager and agent access with separate users
  • Capture a mobile note and next action
  • Review buyer–listing matches and verify the underlying records
  • Export the records and inspect the result
  • Calculate the cost at today's and next year's team size

Know what the subscription is—and is not.

Included product scope

GridCRM is a spreadsheet-native relationship and inventory workspace for clients, households, contacts, listings, photos and videos, requirements, matching, showings, conversations, follow-up, tasks, saved views, imports, exports, and small-team ownership.

Deliberate boundaries

The subscription does not claim to replace an MLS or IDX website, native dialer, transaction document system, brokerage supervision, legal advice, or a full marketing automation suite. Keep those tools where your workflow and obligations require them.

Compare like with like

Price the workflow, not the longest feature list.

Two CRMs at different prices may be solving different problems. One may bundle lead generation, an IDX website, calling, texting, marketing automation, or transaction tools. Another may focus on relationship records and operating visibility. Decide which capabilities your business actually needs, which existing systems are working well, and which duplicate costs could realistically disappear.

Then test the ordinary work. Measure the time from opening the CRM to finding due follow-up, the effort required to update a client after a showing, the quality of a manager handoff, and whether records remain exportable. A lower subscription that agents abandon is expensive. A broader platform that duplicates tools you keep anyway can be expensive too.

Pricing questions

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. You can start the 14-day trial without entering a credit card.

Is the founding rate a limited feature plan?

No. The founding and standard prices describe the same product and features. The difference is when you join.

What does “locked for life” mean on this page?

Organizations that join during early access keep the $9 per-user monthly founding rate after the standard rate begins.

Can I use GridCRM as a solo agent?

Yes. One user is $9 per month at the founding rate. The same per-user calculation applies as a team adds people.

Can I export my data?

Yes. GridCRM includes spreadsheet export so you can take the records and fields you maintain in the workspace.

Is there a separate mobile app charge?

No. The mobile workspace is responsive web access to the same GridCRM account, not a separately priced native app.

What if I still have product or billing questions?

Contact GridCRM before subscribing. A clear answer is better than discovering an assumption after moving your client book.

Try the workflow before paying for it.

Fourteen days, no credit card, and a founding price you can calculate.
